Verify my price estimate.

OK. So I want iPhone 3G, but I need to make sure I have the plans straight.

So, I have an AT&T Family plan. It's me and my parents. I plan on giving my current RAZR to my brother, and then opening another secondary line under that plan.

If I do this,
It will cost $199 for the iPhone, and then:

$30 for Data
$10 for Talk
and $5 for 200 SMS,

right? If not, please quote my post and edit the numbers.

I'm confused since I have the AT&T store telling me one thing, MR telling me something else, and then those charts telling me, yet again, another price.

according to thier chart it looks like youll pay 39.99 for the line, $5 for texts, and share minutes with your family...whatever plan the have(unless its unlimited in which case you pay $129

Correct. If you open up another line your phone number will be different though, unless they can transfer your phone number to that new line, idk why they wouldn't be able to...
