I did a "verify disk" just to make sure everything is ok (macbook 4,1 3 years old)... turns out it says I have to repair the disk... WHATS WRONG!?

It seems pretty obvious to just repair the disc. Usually after Disc Utility is done verifying the disc, it will give a report saying what's wrong and that you need to repair the disc (if there is anything wrong with it), so just parse the text that disc utility outputs and you should be able to figure it out pretty easily, then repair the disc. If that doesn't work, you may have to re-install the OS or get a new hard drive.

And to attach a screenshot, when you post a reply scroll down to the Additional Options, and the 2nd box, Attach Files, you can upload your screenshot there.
