VeriPhone 4S Trouble?

Have a Verizon iPhone 4S, and noticed that when I am on the line with someone and get an incoming call it doesn't give me an option to merge both the calls, nether does it let me swap between calls, or doesn't even say who I am talking to, just says Multiple Callers. It does allow me to answer the call perfectly fine, just gives me trouble when I want to move on to merging or disconnecting someone. Anyone else having this issue on their iPhone 4S?
