Verizion iPhone, does it support Wifi calling like 3GMicrocell?

I currentely have AT&T for my iPhone and I also have the 3GMicrocell. I been having some major issues over the past month and are considering switching to Verizon because of this. If I switch to Verizon, is there something similar to the 3GMicrocell with Verzion that will work with iPHone?
