Verizon 4S unlocked international SIM

If you get Verizon to unlock the SIM for international use, would it also work with domestic SIM's such as ATT? I'm just curious for when I eventually sell my 4S, and whether I could sell it to someone on ATT.

No. It will only work with international SIMs.
