Verizon 4S work on T Mobile ? and iOS 6 ??

So I'm selling my Verizon 4S to my cousin who is with T Mobile. Will she able to get it to work ? and can she run iOS 6 on it ?

It won't work since the Verizon iPhone 4S is band locked. It won't pick up the domestic 850 / 1900 signals for GSM.
