I bought an iPhone 5S from ebay that was guaranteedto work for Verizon. While on the Verizon website I was able to input the IMEI and SIM info no problem. When I'm setting up the phone, I get stuck on the screen that says "SIM Not Valid." I have called customer support the IMEI is good. I have gone to Verizon retail stores and they have also failed to activate the phone. I have researched this and have seen that many people have had the same problem. Does anyone know of a solution?

You're sure it's not a sprint iPhone?
Try sticking a tmobile or AT&T sim and see if those work with it.
