iPhone 11 Pro Verizon 60 Day Lock

Does anyone know if I buy from apple store and use my Verizon payment upgrade wether the phone will be subject to the new 60 day lock from Verizon. I ask because I am traveling and use the esim and this 60 day Verizon lock is new.

It will probably be locked, although I have read posts on here where some got phones that weren’t locked.

Verizon's policy is it will be locked for 60 days once activated on it's network. From the VZW web site. Dated July 23rd 2019.

Yes they are unlocked, but once activated on VZW, VZW locks it down for 60 days.
