Carrier Verizon $650 Trade In

Is anyone able to get the $650 trade in discount? I am only able to get $298 when it appraises my device. I have a gold iPhone 6s Plus 128 GB.

Are you doing it through the "upgrade your device" link? Then when prompted I clicked to trade in a device. When I tried appraising just through the device trade in program earlier it didn't show me the $650.

Yes, I am and then it takes me to the appraising page and it only shows $298. My other phones don't even show they can user 24 month device payment they only allow the phone to bought out right. What gives with all these problems?

In my experience this morning, the $650 never showed up in the appraisal. It only showed up once I placed the iPhone in my Verizon shopping cart that the $650 was accurately reflected.

I just went all the way to the shopping cart and it still shows only $298...
