Carrier Verizon: add third line to account, pricing?

Im considering adding a 3rd line to my account, using the device payment plan and the share everything, or whatever they're calling it when all lines share the total data monthly. I know that's $15 or $20 per month. Then the device payments are somewhere around $30 per month.

But, from what I understand, they give you $20 off per line per month for each line having a device payment. So does that mean it would only be a total of $25 per month more to add another line this way? $15 for added line, $30 for device payment, is $45. Then -$20 for having a device payment comes to $25. Is this right?

I've never understood why anyone would create a post asking a question that one simple phone call, one visit to their website or one online chat session with the carrier, can answer correctly.

The $15 for the added line already factors in the $25 discount for device payment, so it would be $15 plus the device payment (around $30 that you mentioned).
