Verizon Alternate Upgrade Activation Worries

I'm still waiting for the UPS guy to show up, but I'm hearing there are issues with swapping lines which I intend to do.

What's the deal? Anything I need to do? Call Verizon before I turn the phone on?

sounds like you need a new sim for the line you want to transfer the iphone to. The problem is that most stores don't have any/enough nano sims for people to actually do this. There is a long discussion about it in the verizon loophole thread.
