Carrier Verizon and Apple Arcade

I changed my Verizon plan from one that included Apple Arcade and Apple Music to Apple One family and I’ve been unable to remove Apple Arcade from one of the lines. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I’ve contacted Verizon countless times and can’t seem to get anywhere.

I don’t think there is a way to remove it other than change your plan. When I had that plan, there was no option to disable it that I can remember. Maybe use parental controls to restrict access for the one device?
