Just tried doing the pre approval but got error saying they couldn’t verify my account even though I entered correct PIN. Did anyone have similar experience?

We had it with AT&T years ago. We were not able to do AT&T installment or IUP at Apple. Nobody could figure out what was wrong. We ended up leaving AT&T (totally different reason) and went back. That seemed to have fixed it.

Yeah it’s so weird. I didn’t have this problem last year.

I had the same problem. I got locked out for 24 hours too cuz I tried too many times. I then changed the pin in my Verizon account (even though I had the same pin before). Then I contacted Verizon to see if they could reset the lockout. They reset my Verizon account password and that’s all they could do they said. I thought I was out of luck but it worked about an hour later!

I had it while doing so for Verizon. I retried and it went through.
