Does anyone know if there’s like a web support for the Apple Store? For whatever reason both their website and app only give me the option to have it sent to a store no matter what configuration I pick. Online Sales and the Phone Sales team at Apple seem stumped. Would it be a call to Apple Care? One rep said that all Verizon upgrades were store only but highly doubt this is the case? I was having issues with the pre approval process which it seemed like others were too? After I confirm my number and account PIN, it gives me the attached image. Frustrating to say the least.

So if you live hours and hours away from an Apple store you are supposed to ??

Wonder if it is moving the SIM card which they don't trust users to do

If people swap their own SIM cards, they can’t charge an activation fee, which is disingenuous because a simple SIM card swap doesn’t activate anything IMO. If they want you to come to the store, it’s to charge you the $30 ‘activation fee’ - they don’t care how far or how disruptive this is to you. It’s also known as a $30 handling fee, because they like to handle 30 of your dollars.

So after another day of getting passed back and forth between Verizon and Apple, still don’t have anything resolved. Just don’t understand why I’m still having that issue.
