Verizon today kicked off its annual "Red Hot Deal Days" event, offering deals on everything from smartphones to wearables, headphones, soundbars, and first-party Apple accessories. This includes up to $18 off Silicone Cases with MagSafe for iPhone and up to $20 off Smart Folio for various iPad models.

Verizon is also offering the iPhone 16 Pro, Apple Watch Series 10, and iPad all for no cost, with multiple stipulations. You'll need to buy or upgrade to the new iPhone on the Unlimited Ultimate Plan and trade in an existing device from Apple, Google, Motorola, or Samsung. You'll receive promo credits for these devices over the course of 36 months.

Samsung

Guess Samsung copied iPhone so well they fit Samdung phones. What’s next, an advertising campaign claiming “Shot on iPhone”?

i got thoroughly confused at the title too.
Samsung having a sale on iphones? sign me up.

Nice try Verizon. I’m not changing my grandfathered plan for your new plans to end up paying more, and lose my perks that I’ll end up paying more for as well. Also I’m not a fan of your 36 month device payment plans. 24 months I could go with.

They've been consistently losing customers to T-Mobile and AT&T for the past few years, so they have to lock the ones they have in somehow 😂

They are scummy though, for only making full "Ultra Wideband 5G" available on their two most expensive plans, while 5G UC and 5G+ are available to any customer of T-Mobile or AT&T, no matter the plan, as long as they have access to 5G.

As long as I can keep my perks, I’ll remain a customer. Once I lose them, I’m jumping ship to AT&T and take advantage of the discount I receive through my job.

Me personally, I don't care for perks since I share with my brother (we literally have almost everything from Peacock, Paramout+, Disney+, ESPN+, Hulu, HBO/max, Starz, etc.) and I have Apple One Premier that I share with my parents and siblings, but I'll probably jump ship back to AT&T too (from T-Mobile), since they offer a $360 BYOD discount, and I can get the 25% teacher discount. T-Mobile has been doing a lot of lowbrow and classless stuff at the moment, between jacking up prices and partnering with an Elon Musk company. Never thought I'd see the day where they became more expensive than AT&T and Verizon.
