Carrier Verizon Apple Music not working on new phone

im guessing the promotion worked by linking directly to the Device.

I upgraded from my 7 Plus to my X Max, and Apple Music doesn’t work on the new device anymore.

Anyone know if we can transfer it?

Not sure that’s interesting . If your beulyond unlimited or above unlimited Apple Music is included for free now with Verizon

You have to activate it on the line, though, which you can do either by talking to a CSR, through the web portal, or through the MyVerizon app.

The old promotion you just got for being a VZW customer, although you did have to sign up for it.
