Verizon/AT&T IUP

Hi, question if I am on AT&T w/o contract and I want an iPhone 7+ but there is only a verizon phone available can I buy it with the IUP and use it on AT&T with no problem?

You certainly can if you have a verizon account.

You can, but you can't buy a Verizon phone on iUP if you don't have a Verizon account. Apple won't let you.

As above mentioned, You can use verizon phone on AT&T and will just work fine. But to get the Verizon Model on iUP, you will need a verizon account. If you don't have one, you could create one and after the iUP then close the verizon account.
