Verizon Business accounts can't preorder online

Found out the hard way that Verizon Business customers can't preorder the iPhone 5 online. You will have to call them from 8am-6pm ET (what the recording said when I called). I tried multiple times to preorder the iPhone 5 on apple and verizon's website. Screenshots below
