Verizon Business Customer Preorder

Hey guys, long time lurker, first time poster here.

I preordered my iPhone 4S on my company's business account at 6:15am PST on 10/7. Everything went smoothly and I got a ship date of 10/14. Well, yesterday that date changed to 10/21 because of inventory problems... I called Verizon Customer Service and they said that they aren't sure why, but they think it will deliver on the 14th. I'm not so sure.

Is anyone else having this problem as a business customer?

There's already another thread for Verizon Business customers (https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/1244796/). I'm in the same boat though - ordered at 9am ET on 10/7 and my expected ship date is still 10/21.
