Couldn't find this online so I figured the MacRumor folks would know. If I buy a 5s and pay the ETF the same day I buy it on Verizon, would I be charged just the $350 or for the line's first month as well? This is on the Share Everything plan. Thanks.

Pretty sure you pay the upgrade fee + first months service + ETF (all of which are taxed I believe).
upgrade fee (if its an upgrade) or activation fee (if new line), first month of service, taxes, and etf.
