So I have been on Verizon EDGE since OCT 2014.. this allows me to upgrade at 75% payment of my current device and turn in the device ( which i am fine with)
What I don't know is if I have to get the next phone from Verizon on their payment program or if I can do the Apple Program.. meaning pay up to the 75% at VZW, then get the phone at the Apple store. I was at a store today and they said all the phone they sell are unlocked, yet apple.com says, ALL VZW phones are locked, at the store, online or VZW.. guess that really does not matter ether, but the freedom of choice would be nice
I know at the present time I cannot select the Apple program as the device I want will not be available on the 25th which I am okay with)
Device payments will help and I guess at the end of the day it does not matter.. if I go VZW I have to pay it off for an early upgrade, but that might be fine since iPhone hold a good value.. but I am also hoping the iPhone will actually last me 24+ months. I have grown tired of Androids not holding up for one reason or another.. seems like it is internal issues more than external..
