My wife is upgrading from an 11 Pro to a 13 Pro, so it's the first time her line will be using our 5G plan. My phone activated successfully, (going from a 12 Pro to a 13 Pro) but hers failed activation through the iOS setup. I tried to manually activate it on the Verizon site with the eSIM IMEI/ICCID, and it said there was an issue. I'm trying to contact support right now, but it's currently a long wait. Anyone else able to resolve this?
