I am thinking about exchanging my iPhone for a higher capacity model, however I read that even if you're within 14 days you still get charged a restocking fee and it's not cheap. Is there a way to get around it?

I am thinking about doing the same. CSR will credit the account as long as you are civil with them. I just got my upgrade fee credited.

Oh nice. I need to do that with mine. My thing is, if I'm within the 14 day return period I don't think it's necessary to charge a restocking fee for an exchange of the same phone, just a different size. Plus having to pay the difference as well as finding out how to transfer my AC+ onto the new one.. Don't know if I really wanna go through the hustle.. How have y'all done it?

to transfer apple care + you need to wait till you get the phone you want now and then call 1-800 APL Care and ask the Agreements Department, they can transfer the apple care + to the new phone.
