Verizon Fraud Protection Email, Called and Centers Closed?

I got an email from Verizon saying they flagged my order for a new line of service and to call to verify. I call the stupid number in the email and it says the Fraud Prevention Center is currently closed even though the recording says they are open today. WTF???????????
