Verizon help "Payment not taken yet" Please help me?

"We received your order and it is in process. Payment not taken yet."

I am getting this.

Blank ship date (if you refresh, you get 10/26/2012, 10/19/2012, or 11/30/000)

and my "Modify Payment" button is gone.

Are these glitches or is there something wrong with my order? I ordered from Verizon on 9/16 for black 16GB.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I had that same message even though my credit card had been charged. Check your card, once it gets charged the phone will ship.

Alright, I won't be able to until my father gets home since he bought it.

Did you have your "Modify Payment" button removed?

How long did it take for yours to ship after you saw this update?

I have the exact same problem. I checked my account on myverizon and it has my order on the 4th, but I've seen no movement, received no email since. So I have no idea, but I'm right there with you.
