Very nice, I'm really pulling for a Verizon iPhone in 2010. I've had a much better experience with Verizon than I have with AT&T. I'd easily drop my AT&T service for a Verizon iPhone.

While I don't doubt Verizon trying to launch it's LTE network in H1 2010, I don't think it's for Apple's rumored netbook/tablet. It doesn't seem like Apple to be one of the firsts to use a huge, new technology, especially on a brand new line.
Verizon has stated that they intend LTE to be mostly used for data, and that the first major usage would be LTE modem cards in notebooks, games, cameras, and so forth.
A major Apple device would help cause a lot of publicity for LTE service.
Would it really matter? If Verizon can get their network out faster, whatever the reason, it would be much more appealing for cell phone manufacturers.
Sure the first few months would be used for data only, but within the year I'm sure cell phones would start popping up.
