Considering AT&T doesn't offer it I wouldn't be shocked if VZ decides not to as well. There are 3rd party companies that offer insurance. One is Mobile Protect, but they charge $12 a month

Whether Verizon is going to offer it or not, I will be using SquareTrade. Its not going to get better than $99 for 2-yrs with Accidental damage included (Broken Screens, Water Damage, etc.)
