Verizon iPad 3rd gen. How do you use iPhone AT&T sim for data?

I know this can be done but I can't find anywhere that actually tells you the exact settings. This is what I want to do:

It just says apply your AT&T apn settings?! What are those and how do I do this. Anybody with knowledge about this I would be super grateful!!!!!!!
