Carrier Verizon Iphone 17 Preorder Errors

Same. I've always had great success with Verizon, but man this year it is terrible...
I just called Verizon and they said that it is something on apples in with their website releasing it to them. They’re waving my upgrade fee for whenever it does work.
Same issue with me but after a few attempts, I was able to get my order in. I had to switch from credit card, to PayPal to make it work.
I also had issues - First time as well there was an issue 😳😳Verizon has always been on it especially on their app
App came up quickly but I was never able to get the 17 pro max in my cart - it was giving fetch errors on the app, moved to online no dice there either with multiple attempts, called vz and was on hold as expected.
Switch over to Apple and they reserved a phone because Verizon systems were not responding 😳
Fired up my work laptop and I was able to get thru but then my PayPal payment wouldn’t go thru, bill to the account wasn’t an option, so finally I used my credit card and it worked.
I still have launch day delivery so I’m good. Meanwhile my sister who has ATT was able to put her order in her cart earlier today and preorder in 30 seconds 😞

Not sure if this is Verizon-related, but I placed my pre-order (17 PM blue) via Apple with the Verizon payment plan and I was given a 9/25 delivery date.
Went back later and ordered the same phone for in-store pickup on 9/19. No idea why the first order has a later delivery date.

Wondering if there's something wonky with my account. I'm trying to order a 17 Pro Max. I hit upgrade, select the phone, and it says I'm saving $1,100 with this offer and $2.77/mo for 36 months....but then in the cart it reverts to $33.33/mo and only a $265 trade in credit. I don't see a notice anywhere that says anything about the remainder being bill credits etc.
While hitting those same errors y'all faced earlier, i called the number it listed on the top at first and the guy was like "wow it's early..you're my first one..it's gonna be a busy day" lol
then he restarted his system because it didn't work for him either, said he'd call me back, and in that time i got my two upgrades to work via the UI for me and my wife
all in all, pretty easy and i feel good after upgrading to the 15PM and joining verizon unlimited ultimate etc. and just giving verizon all my money to get easy cheap free early iphone upgrades..so far so good...get the money's worth since the plan includes international travel that would otherwise cost me and my wife each $10 per day abroad and we do a lot of travel!
