Verizon iPhone 4S 3g speed improved

I got the 4S on Friday and my 3g speeds have been averaging about 1Mps up and down till yesterday. But the speed has been averaging 1.5Mps today. Anyone notice the difference or is it just me?
I live in Pittsburgh, PA btw
