I am planning on going to verizon to preorder my iphone 4S tomorrow, Saturday. Will I have to wait a crazy long line just to preorder in store? Lol.

Doubtful. Most people will preorder online and any crowds at the stores should dissipate through out today. As with any preorder or new product rollout, always pays to find a lessor traveled store or a small reseller to avoid the crowds. High traffic stores or mall stores may still have crowds, although I can't imagine "lines" by tomorrow.

I would not be concerned about lines tomorrow. My only concern would be the possibility of pre-orders being maxed out by then. Then you'll have to worry about standing in line on launch day. Why not just pre-order now online?

You should have pre-ordered online from Verizonwireless.com. I ordered mine at 7:50 am EST. it took me no more than 2 minutes.

But I really don't see long lines forming at Verizon. It also depends on where you go to buy it and where it is located.

As others have said, most people will preorder online. I doubt you would have to wait in a preorder line for the Verizon 4S. Maybe a line on actual launch day, but not for a preorder.

I would suggest doing it online. I did it early this morning when the preordering went live and was done in less than 5 minutes. It's really super simple.
