Will the Verizon variant be unlocked like the 5,5c & 5s? I don't have a upgrade on at&t but my wife is on Verizon for family reasons but she does have a upgrade available will it work on at&t?

The Verizon models will be SIM-unlocked, but I hear they won't get the AT&T 4G LTE signal as the VZ model is missing the AT&T bands.
