Verizon iphone 6+ GSM Unlocked?

Sorry if this was answered elsewhere, but has anyone had a chance to confirm that the SIM is unlocked on the Verizon iPhone 6/6+?

I'll know for sure in about 30 mins. I have an ATT 5s sim to put into a VZ 6 that just arrived in the office.

100% Confirmed! I put an AT&T sim from my 5S into a VZ 6 and have FULL AT&T functionality. Tested both 4G and LTE data. Placed and received calls.

Edit: By the way, this is an on contract VZ 6, not purchased "full retail".

I am becoming a new verizon customer when I get my 6+ preorder in a couple weeks and currently have a 5s on ATT for work. How does that work with swapping your ATT sim in with Verizon not having sim cards? Does the ATT just overtake the verizon service? I would like to be able to use my work number on my personal device when/if I need to.
