Title kind of says it all. I've done some extensive searching, and am a little confused still. I have an iPhone 6 on contract with Verizon. It is NOT Verizon EDGE, just the good ol' pay $299 and sign a 2 year contract. I do a lot of international travel. Can I, without having to call Verizon to do anything, simply take out the SIM and put in an international prepaid SIM, and have it all working? Thanks!

It's as simple as that. Take out your Verizon SIM card and place the international pre-paid SIM into the tray. Verizon iPhone 6's are GSM unlocked from the factory.
