I recently got the 7 plus and my sister who is on att is looking for a new iPhone. Will the Verizon 6S plus work on AT&T?

The Verizon model is the same as the SIM-free model, which means it shouldn't be missing any bands or anything like that.
Yes I know that. However OP is talking about the Verizon Model and never mentioned anything about the sim-free model. If it's being passed down then probably yes it's missing the band but if buying brand new then might as well buy the sim-free.

What I was saying is that they are the same model so they would support the same bands (which means all the bands that are supported).

*Note that the Verizon model does NOT have LTE Band 30 on the 6S/6S Plus.

You aren't right about the 6s line of phones. Somehow despite the thread title the mention of iPhone 7 in the OP got stuck in my head and that's what I was going by for some reason until you refenced the 6s in your reply again. My mixup there.
