Verizon iphone 6s plus on tmobile network

Getting an iphone 6s plus branded verizon and wanted to get input regarding that.
1. Will the verizon model work on band 12.
2. Will it work well on the tmobile 3g network
3. Should there be ANY issues at all

YES

but if you buy the t-mobile version from t-moble you will have to ask for an unlock
if you buy it from the apple store you are fine
