Anyone able to get iPhone 6 plus by reserve it online with pick-up option and convert it to full price off contract in the store? If you did, was it difficult to do? What did you tell them?

I just reserve an iPhone 6 plus 64GB gold an cable to go and pick it up soon.

I did.

The first manager said the only way to do it was to return it and go back to the end of the line - hoping noone else got it in the mean time.

The 2nd manager told me that they could process the order as is, cancel it, and then redo the order as device only. This is what was done for me.

Mind you that both managers were at the same store, and this advice was about an hour apart.

If you have issues, ask for the Store Lead Manager (I think that's what she told me she was.) I gave her a hug for her help.
