Carrier Verizon iPhone - paid full price???

They will put you on payments automatically. In fact, when I tried to purchase an iPhone in store (Verizon Corporate Store)in full, they wouldn't allow me too. Said I had to wait two billing cycles to pay it in full. Same thing happened to my dad last month when he got his Note 8. Not sure if they do it on all phones or just top tier ones.
