Verizon iphone to Apple store

Does anyone know if I can take an iPhone that was purchased at the Verizon store to Apple if there is a problem with the phone (like if it drops and breaks) and get a replacement for $150? Or is that only if you buy it from the Apple Store directly?

Regardless of where you purchase the phone, it is still covered under Apple warranty. If you want Apple Care, you can extend that warranty another 2 years.

I've never heard of any "$150.00" replacements at the Apple Store.

Oh okay thanks. I havent ever had to get one, but I've read on here that they will replace your phone for $150. Maybe I was wrong?

I haven't had to replace an iPhone yet, so I'm not the best source of info for that.
