Verizon iPhone Users Early Upgrades?!

Since AT&T always allows iPhone users to upgrade to a new phone every year, do you think Verizon will do the same?

I'm hoping that they do.

Unlikely seeing as how you just got a new phone ~6 months ago. Not even AT&T allows that quick an upgrade.

I think he is talking about the iPhone upgrade? Like att had when the ip4 came out you could it for $400 if your a iPhone user

Verizon did away with their VIP 1-yr upgrade just before iPhone4 launched with them. If you are not eligible for an upgrade, you will need to pay full retail.

No, I mean how AT&T let's iPhone users upgrade annually instead of 18-24 months.

I wouldn't mind getting a new iPhone in march 2012.

I highly doubt it. They know demand will be crazy for iPhone5, so no need to incentivize the upgrade. Additionally, if you just got an iPhone4, you are asking them to give you approx $1200(retail) equipment in 6months. You would be an incredibly unprofitable customer that they could never turn a profit over your 2 yr contract.

I still don't see this changing but call them and see if they can help you.

before verizon got rid of the new every two program a few months ago i know the main line on an account was eligible for an upgrade every 12 months. i bought a droid x last august, then an iphone 4 at full retail in feb, now im eligible for an upgrade as of a couple weeks ago. but once i use it then i dont get another since verizon put an end to that whole deal
