Verizon iphone4s how to unlock?Like att pay, who unlocked the address?

Well, a Verizon unlock doesn't necessarily work the same way as an AT&T unlock. On Verizon, you can call the company and they will unlock the phone for a foreign carrier for free (if it's an iPhone 4S or 5.) You can't use it on an american GSM network without a separate piece of hardware called a GPP. However, this isn't going to factory unlock like AT&T. When you restore the phone, Apple will try to lock up the iPhone again. Good luck!
