Verizon just sent out an invite for an event on June 23 at which they—along with Motorola, Google, and, yup, Adobe—will officially announce "the next generation of Droid.

Looks like a nice, fast phone. Hoping the multitouch keyboard improves that which I've always had a problem with Android.

Terrible timing. They are going to have to compete with the next iPhone. We already know from this morning that there are a lot more people trying to order iPhones than Apple/ATT prepared for.

I like the android OS- it's not terrible. But I think Apple is doing it better. I think it's pretty sweet that Google is putting their OS in non-phone devices though. If only Google and Apple could play nice- imagine the stuff they could churn out together.
