I want to use Mobile IM... but i can't find any clear explanation of how the pricing works.... I know, you're all shocked that Verizon wasn't clear about their billing policy... who'da thunk it.

I have an unlimited texting plan... will it use those messages or is it just the fact that the price per Instant Message is the same as a price per text message?

Also... when I try to start Mobile IM, I get a message saying there will be "sign in" and "contact list update" commands sent that will be billed on my plan... how will they be billed? As data? As minutes? There's really no clear explanation anywhere on verizons website... all it says about charges is that it costs the same as a text message per IM.

Thanks!
