Verizon Network Extender

I just installed the Verizon network extender in my house. Service is great. Went from 2 bars and dropping every call to 4-5 and not a single issue. Here is my problem though. The service only works when the LTE on my phone (and wife's) is on data only. Which is fine when in the house because you can surf the web via wifi in house. When I leave and forget to switch to voice & data I cannot talk and surf or do anything data based on my phone. Question I have is there any app that will change these setting based on my location. Something like IFTTT, but for the phone itself. I believe android has something called a tasker???

Let me know your thoughts.
