Verizon or AT&T in Long Beach, CA

Sooooo I was mainly sticking with AT&T due to talk/surf but per this article all options are on the table. We will be living in Belmont Shore/Long Beach & I am wondering who has better service/data speeds.

I get great reception in Long Beach on my 5 for Verizon. I'm reaching LTE speed s in the 15-30Mbps. Very happy.

Verizon has 22 MHz nationwide. AT&T only has 10 MHz in the LA/OC area.
