Carrier Verizon phone

is there anyway I can buy a Verizon phone on apple.com without having a Verizon account? I need that model cause it's cdma that will work on us cellular network i believe. My issue is i don't know how to get past the enter your account info page to place order

Can't you just order a phone full price from Best Buy. Seems easier
