As of this morning I still have not received any confirmation email, preoeder status still showing as pending after I did it via Verizon mobile app 10 mins after midnight. I called couple times, they all told me the order is in the system there's nothing to worry about, could be due to lots of people pre-ordering slow down the system, but people around me all received their emails and solid delivery dates using the same ordering method around the same time. Mine still showing estimate 11/3 delivery date. They reassured me I won't lose my spot in the line, as soon as the system catches up I will get those confirmations.
I'm starting to think the delay could be from me selecting replace existing phone rather than a new phone when I pre-ordered. I still owe $11 dollars on my current phone which I purchased on an amazing deal earlier this week. At the time of the purchase I wanted to pay off but Verizon requires me to finance for at least a month in order to get that deal, that's why I put down the maximum down payment allows and financed $11 for 24 month lol. But in the grand total of the iPhone X they did include this $11 and will charge me for that along with the iPhone when it gets shipped out. That's the only reason I can think of why mine is being delayed. Any thoughts? Following is whats showing on Verizons website.
