Carrier Verizon Preorder question

I was hoping to preorder the iPhone 7 off the Apple Store app but when I click on the Verizon plans the only offers are the apple monthly plans and the Verizon 2 year contract. No Verizon edge offers. Would I have to use the myVerizon app?
