Verizon Preorder still processing.... getting pretty peeved

I ordered at like 3:30 AM EST on Verizon's website and I got a confirmation email with:

Order Location: D771001
Order Date: 09/12/2014
Deliver By: 09/19/2014

Well today is the 16th and still says processing. When I log on to my account and go to order page, it says:

Order Date:09/14/2014

Status:Your order is currently being processed. Please check back later.
Product Name:Apple® iPhone® 6 16GB in Space Gray
Status:Your order is currently being processed. Please check back later.




Which lists the order date as 9/14.... I spoke to a Verizon rep and they said it should ship on the 19th because that's the official launch day. That's incorrect information because it should be arriving the 19th like everyone else's shipments.

Anyone else experiencing this or should I make a call to Verizon instead of doing live echat

Did you try the UPS or FedEx search for reference to see if a tracking number has been created? I assume since they already told you and your status tells you when you're getting it, might as well be patient for the tracking details to be provided. There's still 3 full days remaining and you're not the only person who ordered an iPhone man.
