I ordered thru Verizon initially but they failed my payment method it was 12:01 am everyone was trying to get it. Got an email to update payment method, it wouldn’t work so I called Verizon, talked to 3 reps no one was of help they cancelled my order. So I went thru Best Buy on the 18th for in store pick up, then on release day got an email saying pick up delay, we’ll keep trying until October 21st.. TF? But just got an email today with my Verizon agreement and walked out with my phone
